The Rioters. – An application was yesterday submitted to Judge Lyons, on writ of habeas corpus, to admit to bail two women, named Mary Jackson and Mary Johnson, who were lately remanded to be tried on a charge of participating in a riot in the streets of the city, on the 2d inst. The Judge, after hearing the argument, took the matter under advisement, and will probably render his decision without delay. Probably these two individuals are the only ones among the lot who will make application for bail, though it is barely possible that others may have the assurance to do so.
