ARRIVAL OF PRISONERS. –
One hundred and eighty Abolition prisoners, captured by General Hampton near
Dumfries, a few days ago, arrived on yesterday and were lodged in the Libby
prison. They comprise the guard of two large wagon trains, which were also
captured.
