NOTICE. – All young men out of the army who are familiar with the use of the Rifle, and who have patriotism enough to join a body of SHARP SHOOTERS, for the defence of our beloved capital, will meet at the Washington Monument THIS DAY, at 12 M., for the purpose of forming a body of sharpshooters to operate on James river.
