TAYLOR & SON, Auctioneers A VALUABLE THREE STORY BRICK TOBACCO FACTORY, on the north side of Main, between 26th and 27th streets, at AUCTION. - We will sell upon the premises, on MONDAY, the 13th day of January, commencing at 4 o’clock P. M., the valuable THREE STORY TOBACCO FACTORY on the north side of Main, between 26th and 27th streets, now I the occupancy of the Confederate States, but more recently by J. W. Atkinson, Esq. It fronts on Main street 70 feet, and runs back 150 feet. TERMS. - One-fourth cash; the balance at 6, 12, and 18 months for negotiable notes, with interest added, and secured by a trust deed. JAS. M.
