NEGRO BURGLAR ARRESTED. - Saturday night a week ago the dwelling house of Dr. O. F. Manson, on Franklin street, above 4th, was broken into and robbed of 400 pounds of bacon. Yesterday, upon information received, officers Seal and Jinkins arrested Watson, slave of Miles George, on the charge of being concerned in the burglary.
