OAKWOOD
CEMETERY
. - A report was presented to the City Council, on Monday from John Radford,
Keeper of Oakwood Cemetery, by which it appeared that the interments therein for
the quarter ending Dec. 31st, were 8 white females, 5 white males,
and 14 negroes. The number of Confederate soldiers interred up to January 12th
was five hundred and fifty.
