Louisiana Soldiers’ Home. - We learn that half the old Exchange Hotel has been taken for the accommodation of the officers and soldiers of Louisiana, where the weary may find rest and comfort and entertainment, among the soldiers of his own State. It is a gratification to the patriot heart to witness such exhibitions of friendship for the worn or afflicted soldier.
