Parties having letters, or small packages of clothing or refreshments for the Tredegar [6th] or Departmental [3d] battalions, can have them sent out to camp by leaving them at the residence of Major William E. Tanner, on 3rd street, between Canal and Byrd streets, this morning by twelve o’clock.
