Yankee Prisoners. – The number of Yankees now held as prisoners in the Confederate States, exclusive, we believe, of those taken at Plymouth, is 12,268. Of these, 1,943 are at the Libby, in this city, 9,616 in the State of Georgia, and 1,019 at Danville, Va.
