THE VIRGINIA MILITARY INSTITUTE. - The exercises of this noble institution will be commenced in this city on the 1st of December, at the Alms House. The buildings at Lexington not being completed is the cause of the removal of the school to this city. The Cadets, Professors, &c., are ordered to report promptly at the time and place designated, as they will see by the orders published in another column, from Gen. Smith.
