INQUEST. - An inquest was held
Saturday on the body of James J. Brooks, the little boy shot and killed at
Seabrook’s hospital, on Friday evening, by Wm. Bohannon. The verdict simply
stated that the child came to his death by a gunshot wound inflicted by
Bohannon. It was in evidence that the child was not more than five feet from
Bohannon when the latter shot him. Bohannon was not a guard but a nurse at the
hospital.
