Major Robert Morris, of the 6th
Pennsylvania cavalry, died suddenly at the Libby Prison hospital, on Thursday.
Major Morris was a grandson of Robert Morris, of Revolutionary memory, and was
twenty-six years of age. His remains were interred in Oakwood Cemetery, and were
attended to the grave by the captive officers of his regiment.
