Yours of the 31st ult. has been received, informing me that the
ambulances have been in the habit of taking their passenger to No. 1 & No. 3
Divisions of your hospital under instructions from this hospital. If any such
have been given, it was done without my knowledge and I am pleased that you have
apprized me of this irregular distribution.
In compliance with your request I
have instructed the Officer in Charge of the Ambulances to report all patients
transferred from this hospital to
Chimborazo
at your Central Office.
