Acting Assist. Surgeon R. W. Martin – contract cancelled 8^th Feb’y 1863

Assist. Surgeon T. P. Shields P.A.C.S. was assigned duty here the 13^th Febr’y 1863

Assist. Surgeon T. P. Shields P.A.C.S. was relieved of duty at this Hospital & ordered to the 13^th Va Congressional district to examine conscripts the 20^th Febr’y 1863.
