A BLACK SHEEP AMONG THEM. – Among the Yankee prisoners
received at the Libby on yesterday from General Lee’s lines was C. A. Morris,
Fourth Pennsylvania cavalry. He was recognized at once as a deserter from the
Fourth Virginia cavalry, Company A, and transferred to Castle Thunder to await
trial by court martial for desertion to the enemy, the penalty for which is
death.
