WINDER HOSPITAL, July 23, 1862

THIS is to certify that JOHN G. and C. C. ROWN, of the county of Prince Edward, Virginia, are in the employ of this institution, and are authorized to travel through the country and purchase and bring to this hospital, chickens, butter, eggs, and such supplies as cannot be furnished by the commissariat for the sick. It is to be hopes the transportation agents will furnish them with ready facilities in their power to secure this relief for the suffering thousands of this institution.
