SALE OF BEAVER DAM FARM. – The fine estate of Mr. Corbin Warwick, in Goochland, on James river, known as “Beaver Dam,” of 938 acres, was sold by Messrs. Goddin & Apperson, to Gen. Joseph R. Anderson, of this city, for $112,000, cash.
