THE ST. CHARLES HOSPITAL. - The filthy condition of the cellars of this
Hospital has for some time past been the source of much well merited complaint
from the neighbors. Messrs. George Yancey and R. H. Dickenson, proprietors of
the building, were, on yesterday, required by the Mayor to have the nuisance
abated, on penalty of fine.
