Sale of the St. Charles Hotel. – This well-known hotel, which is eligibly situated on Main street, was sold yesterday, at public vendue, by Goddin & Apperson, to Spotts, Harvey & Williams, for $79,000. It was purchased as an investment. The original cost of the hotel was a trifle over $82,000.
