Arrival of Exchanged Prisoners. - About two hundred Confederate exchanged prisoners arrived in this city yesterday. Among the officers was Maj. Norman R. Fitzhugh, A. A. Gen. of Stuart's Cavalry Division, a brave officer, who was captured a short time since. Miss Belle Boyd, of Winchester, who has become celebrated from the fear in which the Yankees held her, was also among those who arrived.
