From the Richmond Dispatch, 9/10/1862, p. 1, c. 5Quiet.—There was not a single arrival or discharge at Castle Thunder yesterday — a circumstance that has not before occurred. The cells of the cage were also empty yesterday evening, the police officers not having succeeded in effecting a single capture during the week.
