RICHMOND ARSENAL – NOTICE TO COMMANDERS OF ARTILLERY CORPS. – Artillery Workshops for the Army in the field on the Williamsburg road, near first Toll-Gate. Small repairs of Artillery will be done at this point, upon application to the officer in charge.
