From the Richmond Dispatch, 4/26/1862, p. 2, c. 3

Place of Execution. – We understand that Richardson alias Louis Napoleon, not long since convicted of passing counterfeit Treasury notes and sentenced to be hung on the 9th of the ensuing month, will be executed at the usual place near the New Alms-House, by the C. S. Marshal and his assistants. The convict does not contemplate his approaching end with feelings of satisfaction, his state of inquietude being very manifest to all who approach him.
