From the Richmond Dispatch, 4/14/1862, p. 2, c. 3Arrested. – The Provost Marshal’s police arrested, on Saturday, two men, named James P. Neagle and Jack Hart, and placed them in Castle Godwin for selling liquor contrary to order. Neagle lives on Main street, near the County Court House, and Hurt at Rocketts.
