Arrival of Prisoners. The Central cars that arrived on Tuesday night, brought down thirty-one prisoners, viz: Sixteen Union traitors from Fauquier; twelve offending C. S. soldiers condemned to imprisonment here for various offences, and three negroes two slaves and one free negro. The parties were lodged in one of the tobacco factories on Main street.
