From the Richmond Dispatch, 11/1/1862, p. 2, c. 3Fighting in the Street. – Two men, named Jas. Tyrer and Chas. Green, were put in Castle Thunder yesterday for raising a disturbance on Franklin, near 20th street, by fighting. Green, who was very drunk, and maimed, was pounded by Tyrer with a stick. Some of the inmates of the Castle, who it seems bore Tyrer a grudge on account of previous difficulties, handled him rather roughly after he was placed among them.
