Appointment. – Dr. A. E. Peticolas has been appointed Surgeon’s mate in the 4th Regiment of Artillery. Dr. St. Geo. Peachy has held the post of Surgeon for four years past. The public will agree with us in saying that these positions could not be more worthily filled. – Both are physicians of excellent reputation, and none are more highly esteemed by the citizens generally.
