                                                    By order of the Medical Director, Surg. Wm. A. Carrington, I have authorized Asst. Surg. Hopkins to call upon you, for the Key of Liggons Factory, on Main Street bet[ween] 25^th & 26^th – the building is required to be used for a prison Hospital – Please have all occupants of the premises removed without delay, as immediate possession is necessary.
